• M-Pesa number: when you purchase a premium plan, we collect the phone number used for payment
• Payment records: the amount, M-Pesa receipt code, transaction reference and payment status of your purchases — these power features like Find My Tip, which re-opens your tips using your number and receipt code
• Tips access data: which plan you unlocked and on which day, so your slip can reappear on your device
• Technical data: standard server logs (browser type, pages visited, time of visit) used to keep the service running and secure

The free plan does not require any personal information.

How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the tips you paid for and keep them unlocked on your device for the day of payment
• Verify purchases when you use Find My Tip
• Process payments, refunds and payment disputes
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain the security of the service and improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

M-Pesa Payments and Your PIN

Payments are processed through a licensed M-Pesa payment provider. Your M-Pesa PIN is entered directly on your phone and is never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on our systems. We only receive the outcome of a transaction — such as the receipt code and payment status.

Cookies and Local Storage

Like most websites, MULATIPS uses a small amount of browser storage to function:

• Purchase state: when you unlock a plan, your browser's local storage remembers your purchase — the plan and its payment reference — so your tips slip reappears when you refresh the page. This data stays on your device and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings
• Sessions: temporary cookies keep the site working as you move between pages

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Some pages include sponsored links to partner offers (e.g., Betjam). When you click one, you leave MULATIPS and the partner's own privacy policy and cookies apply; we do not control how they handle your data. Clearing your browser storage removes all site data from your device — you can still recover your tips the same day through Find My Tip.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the parties necessary to run the service:

• Our licensed M-Pesa payment provider, to process payments
• Our hosting provider, to keep the website online
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Data Retention and Security

Payment records are kept for accounting and record-keeping purposes, even after your day pass expires — keeping them does not extend your access to any plan's tips. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and access to it is limited to what specific tasks require.

• Enjoy the free plan without providing any personal details
• Ask us to correct or delete your contact details at any time — payment records may need to be retained for legal reasons
• Clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove purchase state from your device
