Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MULATIPS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Our Service

MULATIPS publishes football predictions and tips:

• Free plan: daily combo predictions at no cost
• Premium plans: 2+ Odds (KES 50), 5-15 Odds (KES 100) and 20+ Odds (KES 200), unlocked with a one-time M-Pesa payment

Tips are posted daily and cover fixtures across popular leagues and betting markets.

No Guarantee of Winnings

All tips are expert opinions provided for information and entertainment. Football outcomes cannot be predicted with certainty, and we make no promise or guarantee of winnings. You place bets at your own discretion and risk, and betting always carries the risk of losing money. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

Purchases and Day-Pass Access

• Each purchase unlocks that plan's tips for the calendar day of payment only — the next day requires a new purchase
• Payment is by M-Pesa; your plan unlocks as soon as the payment completes
• The payment button stays locked until that plan's tips have been posted for the day, so you never pay for an empty plan
• Keep your M-Pesa receipt code — together with your phone number it re-opens your tips the same day through Find My Tip

Acceptable Use

• You must be 18 or older to purchase a plan or place bets
• Do not resell, syndicate or commercially redistribute paid tips
• Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape or overload the service
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The MULATIPS name, logo, tips slip design and all content on this site are our property or used with permission. You may view and use the tips for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MULATIPS is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions made using our tips, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

Responsible Gaming

• Our service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over
• Only stake money you can afford to lose
• Never chase losses
• If gambling stops being fun or affects your finances, relationships or work, take a break and seek support

Changes and Contact
